Steps for Ordering Pizza:
1) A pizza form will be sent to all parents monthly. Please check and update your email address if you are not receiving a pizza form.
2) Fill out the Google form sent to parents. You do not need a Google account to do this.
3) Submit and it will say “Your response has been recorded.”
4) Send a check or exact cash to the office with your student. Pizza is given to students at a $1.50 per slice donation.
Policies:
Pizza can be ordered online at any time of the month, with no waiting for paper forms to be handed out. If you know what your child wants for the whole year, parents are encouraged to order ahead of time. Payment can be submitted late, but it is very important to have the order form in on time (online or paper). This allows us to have an accurate count and make sure students get what they ordered.
Even if you are paid for the year, you MUST fill out the pizza form. There is a spot to indicate that you’ve paid for the year. This is so we can get an accurate count.
Orders must be submitted by the last Friday of the month for the following month. Example: Sept. 30 for October pizza orders.
Orders will not be accepted on Wednesdays. If you do not order on time, please send your child a lunch on Wednesday.
If you do not want to use the online form, please ask the office for a paper form, which is available upon request.
